Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received 24 hours (1 day) prior to scheduled appointment. If cancellation is not received, appointment will be noted as no call no show and FULL payment amount will be debited from payment account. If payment is not received for any reason RE no call no show appointments payment will be required before future sessions can be scheduled. If payment challenges continue to present deposits of %50 will be required prior to booking.
